Terms & Conditions

Consultancy fee covers only design, drawings, site visits, and supervision as mentioned in the scope of work.
Labour, material, vendor payments, statutory approvals, and execution costs are not included.
Travelling expenses will be charged extra, wherever applicable.
Project timelines are subject to timely approvals and decisions from the client.
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
All drawings, renders, and design concepts remain the intellectual property of the firm and are intended solely for execution of this project
Advance payments are non-refundable once the design process has commenced.

70% advance payment is required to commence the project.
The remaining 30% must be paid before laminate work begins.
